Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and any personal data associated with our mobile applications. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens after.

Which apps store your data?

  • TriDo and DareNite: These apps work entirely on-device. We do not store any of your data on our servers. To delete your data, simply uninstall the app from your device.
  • USDT Cloud Miner, BitMine, Sol Cloud Miner: These apps use account-based login. Email and subscription data are stored on our backend. Use the process below to request deletion.

How to submit a request

  1. Email dev@humansai.io with subject line: Data Deletion Request
  2. Include in the email:
    • The email address associated with your account
    • The name of the app (e.g. BitMine, Sol Cloud Miner, USDT Cloud Miner)
    • Your device type (iOS or Android)
    • Confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted
  3. We will verify the request by replying to the account email on file, then process the deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (email, authentication credentials)
  • In-app progress, simulated balances, and preferences
  • Support correspondence history related to your account

What may be retained

Some data may be retained after account deletion for legitimate reasons:

  • Purchase/transaction records: Required for tax and accounting compliance for a minimum of 7 years under Indian law. These records do not include personal identifying information beyond what's legally mandated.
  • App store data: Subscription and purchase history held by Apple or Google is under their control. To delete that, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.
  • Aggregated/anonymised analytics: Non-identifying usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Cancel subscriptions first

Before requesting deletion, please cancel any active subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
