Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Humans AI ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications published on the App Store and Google Play (collectively, the "Apps"). This policy applies to TriDo, USDT Cloud Miner, BitMine, Sol Cloud Miner, DareNite, and any other app we publish.

We are a registered Indian enterprise with our registered office at 1111, T-Junction, One World West, Ambli Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India.

Information we collect

The information we collect varies by app:

Apps that work offline

TriDo and DareNite operate entirely on-device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Your tasks, preferences, and history remain on your device.

Apps with accounts and subscriptions

USDT Cloud Miner, BitMine, and Sol Cloud Miner use account-based login to save simulated progress and manage subscriptions. For these apps, we may collect:

• Email address (for account authentication)
• Encrypted authentication tokens
• Subscription and purchase status (received from Apple or Google, not from your payment details)
• In-app activity for the purposes of saving simulated progress
• Device-generated identifiers and crash diagnostics (provided by the app stores)

We never have access to your payment card details. All purchases and subscription billing are handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Authenticate your account and protect against unauthorised access
• Save simulated progress and subscription status
• Respond to support requests and feedback
• Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third parties in the following cases:

• App stores: Apple and Google process billing, subscriptions, and crash reports under their own privacy policies.
• Infrastructure providers: Authentication and backend services necessary to operate the apps.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for tax compliance).

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data — submit a data deletion request
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Object to processing or request restriction

Children's privacy

Our apps are not targeted at children under 13. DareNite is rated 16+ and intended for adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us to have it removed.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, limited access controls, and routine security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Simulation apps disclaimer

BitMine, Sol Cloud Miner, and USDT Cloud Miner are simulation apps. They do not perform real cryptocurrency mining and do not generate real digital assets. No actual earnings, tokens, or currency of any kind are produced. Any activity, rewards, or "mining" displayed within these apps is simulated and has no monetary value.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at apps.humansai.io/privacy with the "Last updated" date revised.
