1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application published by Humans AI ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

2. About Humans AI

Humans AI is a registered Indian enterprise based at 1111, T-Junction, One World West, Ambli Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use our apps. DareNite requires users to be 16 or older and is intended for adult audiences.

4. Simulation apps disclaimer

USDT Cloud Miner, BitMine, and Sol Cloud Miner are simulation-only apps. They:

  • Do not perform real cryptocurrency mining
  • Do not generate, produce, or distribute real digital assets, cryptocurrency, or currency of any kind
  • Are not investment, trading, or financial products
  • Are provided for entertainment purposes only

All displayed balances, earnings, rewards, and mining activity within these apps are simulated and have no real-world monetary value.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some apps offer subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), subject to their respective terms. To cancel a subscription:

  • App Store: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our apps
  • Use our apps for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Circumvent any security or authentication mechanism
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our apps or content without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, trademarks, and code in our apps are owned by Humans AI and protected by copyright and applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humans AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any app at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the apps at any time by deleting them from your device.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at apps.humansai.io/terms with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
