Refund Policy

Overview

Refunds for all purchases and subscriptions made through our mobile applications are handled according to the standard policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Humans AI does not process payments directly — all billing, charges, and refunds are managed by the respective app store.

Requesting a refund

Apple App Store purchases

If you purchased through the App Store (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS), you can request a refund directly from Apple:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the purchase and select "Report a Problem"
  4. Choose the reason and submit

Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Full details are in Apple's refund policy.

Google Play purchases

If you purchased through Google Play (Android), you can request a refund:

  1. Visit Google Play account
  2. Find the purchase in your order history
  3. Select "Request a refund"
  4. Choose a reason and submit

Google's standard refund policy allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase for most apps and in-app items. Subscription refunds and refunds after 48 hours are handled case-by-case by Google. Full details in Google Play's refund policy.

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.

  • App Store subscriptions: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Google Play subscriptions: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Contacting us first

If you believe you were charged in error, received a defective purchase, or had a technical issue that prevented you from using a paid feature, please email us at dev@humansai.io with:

  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • The app name and purchase date
  • A description of the issue

While all refunds are ultimately processed by Apple or Google, we can advise, escalate where appropriate, and ensure your case is properly documented. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Simulation apps note

USDT Cloud Miner, BitMine, and Sol Cloud Miner are simulation apps. Subscription fees pay for access to in-app features (e.g. upgraded virtual plans, boosts) — they do not purchase real cryptocurrency, digital assets, or investment products. All in-app balances and rewards are simulated and have no monetary value.
